I am a one-man outfit operating from the depths of mid-Devon (and occasionally the Caribbean). My shop/office is in a gossipy corner of Chagford's lively square, and if I'm just sitting and thinking I look out on the greengrocer, the fish van (Tuesdays), the public loos, two of the best buy-anything shops in the country, and one of the town's four hostelries. I supply hard and software from stock and to order. I tailor-build, upgrade, reconfigure and repair PCs and peripherals.
My present customers are small businesses and private individuals (old hands and beginners). I do my best to fit in with their timetables, will visit them, will problem-solve at their workstations as they choose, and work unconventional hours. (I take time off for cricket when I can.)
My pricing policy is based on 1. my costs in providing the service; 2. making a reasonable living for myself; and 3. giving you a decent deal.
